We recommend you sign up to the Tenant Portal as soon as you have you log in as this gives you the ability to contact us 24/7 and on the go.
You will be asked to enter your email address we have registered with your account. You will also need the temporary password we have provided to you and your address code that is on all correspondence with us. Once you have entered these details, you will be prompted to change your password, preferably something more memorable.
On the Tenant Portal you will be able to:
- Check your rent balance
- Update contact information
- Request any non-urgent repairs to your property or block
- Answer surveys
- View documents
