Registration to the mutual exchange website is free to tenants of Highland Housing Register landlords - you need to have a Scottish Secure Tenancy Agreement to be able to register.
Your application must be approved by LSHA before being made live on the website.
Existing tenants of each partner landlord of The Highland Housing Register (HHR) can apply to transfer to another property and we will process these applications in accordance with our HHR Allocations Policy.
