The Association currently factor 126 properties in the area.
The services we provide are bound by the terms of the statutory Code of Conduct for Property Factors and Statement of Factoring Services. The Association is registered with the Scottish Property Factor Register –Property Factor ID - PF000139.

- Ground maintenance – grass cutting and maintenance of shrubs and trees
- Communal cleaning in flatted developments
- Common repairs and maintenance
- Servicing and monitoring firefighting equipment

Reporting a Common Repair
As Factor, the Association will carry out common repairs. Common repairs include repairs to the roof, the close, the backcourt, communal unadopted lighting, unadopted roads and footpaths, communal TV and satellite systems if applicable.
